CI&T (CINT) Analyst Ratings
Bulls say
CI&T is benefiting from sustained double-digit organic growth, posting 14.1% y/y CC revenue growth and its 7th consecutive quarter of double-digit expansion, while its pipeline rose 40% and 40% of new 1H26 sales came from new commercial models. The company’s AI-led operating model is gaining traction through FLOW and agentic delivery, with revenue per AI-builder up 7.0%, gross margin improving to 32.4% sequentially, and roughly 20% of new sales already tied to value-based pricing, all of which supports monetization and future operating leverage. Although EBITDA margins are pressured by FX and deliberate investment, FY26 revenue guidance was raised to $555.8 million-$575.3 million with organic growth of 13.5%-17.5% and adjusted EBITDA margin held at 17.0%-19.0%, reinforcing a constructive long-term outlook.
Bears say
CI&T is facing a fundamentally weaker setup because 4Q26 revenue of $146.5 million grew only 9% y/y, missed consensus by 1.7%, and came with adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.3% versus a 16.2% estimate, highlighting poor operating leverage. Despite a 30% y/y commercial pipeline increase over the last four quarters, the company has repeatedly missed revenue expectations, while about 20% of its pipeline is AI-driven versus roughly 50% for peers, suggesting weak conversion and slower monetization of investments. Its reported growth is also heavily distorted by BRL strength, and Brazil’s rising payroll tax burden could pressure gross margin, SG&A, and EPS by about 10% in the base case, justifying a lower multiple.
