The Other Initiatives segment mainly consists of bike and e-bike sharing, certain auto solutions, intra-city freight, community group buying, autonomous driving, and financial services. The company was founded by Wei Cheng, Qing Liu, Bo Zhang and Rui Wu on January 11, 2013 and is headquartered Beijing, China.
