BlackRock Income Trust, Inc. is a closed-end investment fund. Its investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The company was founded on July 31, 1988 and is headquartered in Wilmington, DE.

BKT had been a long-term staple of my portfolio, but I am not comfortable with positions at these levels. The fund typically had a slight discount to NAV in the past. Now, it has a premium in excess of 5%.
